The Scouts travelled up on the train (possibly the overnight train) whilst Allen drove up with the trailer and tents.

Wood fag was a chore but the Scouts didn't have to walk far.
More wood fag! (I'm sure those yellow trousers lasted a couple of camps!)
One of the activities was horse riding.
